The spark What gave me the idea?

Ever felt like you’re spinning a hundred plates and you’re not entirely sure which one is about to fall?

That’s the thinking behind Wobbl.

The problem What was I trying to solve?

As someone who understands both the realities of running a business and the challenges of executive dysfunction, I’ve always been interested in the gap between knowing what needs doing and actually being able to do it.

Because sometimes you don’t need another tool telling you everything you haven’t done. You need help working out what to do next.

The experiment What did I build?

Wobbl is a capacity-aware business triage tool for overwhelmed solo founders and small business owners.

It’s designed neurodivergent-first, but it’s useful for anyone juggling too many responsibilities.

Instead of presenting another overwhelming to-do list, Wobbl helps identify what’s slipping, what matters right now and what one manageable next step could look like.

How it works Six stages, one next step.

Stage 01 of 06

Make it yours

Users set up their role, responsibilities, tools and business plates.

  • Default plates include Client Work, Admin, Marketing, Sales and Finance
  • Plates can be renamed, removed and ranked by importance

Wobbl doesn’t just tell you what’s wrong. It helps you take the next step.

Behind the build Tools, design and decisions.

The prototype uses the Claude API and structured JSON responses.

AI requests consider the user’s profile, prioritised plates, available capacity, brain dump, pasted content and outstanding loops. The response includes plate statuses, recommendations, actions, estimated times and follow-up information.

The design follows calm, low-stimulation, dyslexia-friendly and reduced-motion principles.

Wobbl is a hackathon-winning prototype, not an independently validated or production-ready business system.

Let’s talk

Let’s make AI useful.

If you’re exploring AI, struggling to work out where to begin, or realising your organisation needs stronger governance around how AI is already being used, let’s talk. You don’t need a finished brief.
