I have a curious brain and an ever-growing list of questions.
Some turn into articles. Others become talks, research, experiments or conversations that lead me somewhere unexpected.
This is where I bring it all together.
A place to document what I’m learning, what I’m questioning, what I’m building and what I’m discovering about AI and the people using it.
From the practical realities of AI adoption to governance, accessibility, emerging technology and the bigger questions about our future.
I don’t believe we need to have all the answers. But I do believe we need to keep asking better questions.
Welcome to the knowledge hub.

Beyond the Prompt
AI news without the fear, hype or jargon.
AI moves quickly. The headlines move even faster.
Beyond the Prompt is my weekly newsletter looking past the hype to unpack what is actually happening in AI, why it matters and what it means in practice.
Sometimes a development matters. Sometimes it’s just a loud headline. I’m interested in telling the difference.
The AI Agent Didn’t Stop: What the Australian Government Incident Teaches Us About AI Governance
What changes when AI can take action? A practical look at agent permissions, human oversight and the governance questions businesses should ask before handing over more authority.
Host and moderator · Women in Tech Week 2026 · We Are Tech Women, Desk2Educate, StartUp Disruptors and Her Future in AI CIC · hosted by the University of Southampton · Panel discussion over lunch
Part of Women in Tech Week 2026, the UK-wide week powered by WeAreTechWomen that celebrates and champions the progression of women in technology. I hosted and moderated the conversation as co-founder of Her Future in AI CIC, with speakers Becky Lodge (Desk2Educate and StartUp Disruptors) and Natalie Haigh (Her Future in AI CIC) on what it has really been like to build long careers in tech and engineering: the barriers they have navigated, what has changed and what hasn’t, and how to drive change from within the industry, followed by open questions from the room. Breaking Barriers was brought together by We Are Tech Women, Desk2Educate, StartUp Disruptors and Her Future in AI, and hosted by the University of Southampton at the Sir James Matthews Building.

Earlier writing · Substack archive
Earlier writing on neurodivergence, identity, burnout, masking, self-advocacy and learning to build life around how your brain actually works.
This was part of the journey that shaped my voice and my work around accessibility, neurodivergent advocacy and human-centred technology. These essays are here as an archive of where some of this started.
If you’re exploring AI, struggling to work out where to begin, or realising your organisation needs stronger governance around how AI is already being used, let’s talk. You don’t need a finished brief.
