asked questions.
You don’t need to have it all worked out before we talk.
No. I work with people at different stages, from businesses just starting to explore AI to organisations already using it and looking for more structure, governance or clarity. We start with where you are, in plain English.
No. Sometimes the most useful starting point is working out whether AI would help at all. I can help you identify where it fits, where it does not, and whether a simpler change would solve the problem.
It is the practical rules, responsibilities and safeguards around how your organisation uses AI. That can include policies, how you handle data and risk, who checks decisions, which tools are approved and what guidance your team needs.
Yes. You do not need to chase every new tool. I help you assess what is useful for your workflows, people and goals, including the limitations and what it would take to use a tool responsibly.
Yes. My background is in small business, operations and business support. I work with SMEs, founders and growing organisations, as well as leadership and operational teams. The approach should fit your time, resources and priorities.

That depends on what you need. A focused AI Clarity & Strategy Session is £150, while more involved assessments and strategy projects start from £450. Governance, ongoing advisory and organisational projects are priced according to scope and complexity.
I’ll always be clear about what’s included, what it costs and what you can expect before we begin.
Yes. I speak and deliver sessions on responsible AI, AI literacy, governance, neurodiversity, accessibility and the future of work. We can discuss the people in the room, what they need and a format that works for them.
Yes. I am UK-based and can work remotely. In-person work depends on your location and requirements; we can discuss the practicalities and any access needs before agreeing a session.
